Support
What InternetSearch needs
- iPhone with Apple Intelligence (iPhone 15 Pro or later, or later models that support it)
- iOS 26 or later
- Apple Intelligence turned on in System Settings
Without Apple Intelligence, the app shows a designed availability screen instead of inventing a broken experience.
How to get help
Open a GitHub issue (preferred for 1.0): github.com/markkaminsky/internetsearch/issues
Include: device model, iOS version, whether Apple Intelligence is on, and what you searched. Do not paste API keys.
Common questions
- Results won’t author / “unavailable” messages. Turn on Apple Intelligence, confirm the device is supported, and try again on Wi‑Fi after a reboot.
- No live images / Verify live does nothing useful. That path needs a search-provider API key in Settings. Without a key, results still author on-device; live verification and live imagery stay off by design.
- Go deeper / “Grounded live”. Tap Go deeper on a results page. Settled topics can ground on Wikipedia with no key. Product/news-style queries use your configured provider when a key is saved.
- Airplane mode. Authored results still work offline. Live verification and live grounding need a network.
- Crisis resources. Queries that look like personal crisis intent show help resources (including 988 in the US) instead of a normal results page.

App Review note
Full experience requires Apple Intelligence. Demo without an account:
search history of the Suez canal, tap Go deeper — the app
reads a live Wikipedia page and shows a “Grounded live” badge.
